Settlement Agent Services & Fees

At Median Law, I offer settlement agent services across Queensland, assisting smaller banks, lenders and individuals who need independent conveyancing support during property transactions.

Many smaller financial institutions and private lenders don’t have internal conveyancing teams. I step in to help manage the legal aspects of settlement, looking to ensure all documentation is correctly prepared, reviewed and lodged and that funds are disbursed in line with contract terms.

My role is to facilitate a smooth settlement process, acting as a point of contact between lenders, solicitors and other parties.

Settlement agent services through Median Law cover residential property transactions, commercial property settlements and rural property transfers, making all parties aware that settlement obligations are handled.
